    Weights and bands are optional, with bodyweight modifications provided.

    Things you might see: squats, bicep curls, chest press, deadlifts, limbs shaking, things getting burny, sweat in unexpected places, lying on the floor, surprising yourself, etc.

    (Virtual) Strength and conditioning. Higher intensity movements that get the heart rate up.

    Things you might see: jump squats, jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, AMRAPS (as many reps as preferred), tabatas, sweat, cursing the coach a li’l bit, lying on the floor, exceeding your own expectations, etc.

    (Virtual) Wild/dance yoga. Combining yoga and primal movement to beat-driven music.

    Always bodyweight, and always an energizing, awkward, fun time!

    Things you might see: downward dog jacks, triangle pose tug of war, hip spiraling, drumming your mat, weird movements that seem silly, lying on the floor, feeling darn powerful, etc.

    (Virtual) Stretch/vinyasa flow style yoga. All levels yoga class SANS Sanskrit. Just bring a mat and yourself and we’ll flow it out.

    Things you might see: child’s pose, downward dog, the warriors, headstands, lying on the floor, queefing/farting, the coach losing balance and toppling over, your own unlocked potential, etc.
